I've been running on and off for most of my life. Mostly off rather than on, though. However, just before it's too late, I've decided to take it a bit more seriously and find out what my personal best really is. I run because it's so simple, even I can do it. I run to get in shape and stay that way. I run to relieve stress. I run because I can.
