My running levels are up and down. I find that if I dont have a race comming up I dont bother training. I'v just qualified in Personal Training and when I do train I now train completly different. I've finaly quit smoking and hardly drink, my diet has changed and even though I need to buy smaller clothes I weigh more than I ever have!! I realy enjoy this web site and the people I have met through it are my inspiration to do better with running.
