I'm a triathlete competing at Ironman distance. I train six days a week having 1 rest day! I have agreed to train with and support my husband Ian (who also races Ironman) for his next 'A' race Marathon Des Sables April 2005 - hoping this will give me the boost I need to improve my marathon time for Ironman France next summer 05'
