| | I started running in 1997 at 36,but 2 years ago I suffered Plantir Fascitis,and have only recently been able to start again.From 60 miles a week to none overnight,is really gutting when it lasts for 2 years!Hopefully I can avoid the injury returning again and look forward to entering a race next summer (2003) | | | Message me |
