My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: 5 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

I have a personal trainer to help with my running and i'm looking forward to my second race. It will be a 10k. Running is brilliant, i love it.
