 running was my life from the age of 9-18 long distance and short i woke up thinking of running i went to sleep thinking of running i wanted to be a real athlete and wanted to run the marathan but i had children and gave up which i wouldnt change the fact i had my children as they bring me so much happiness but there was also something else i needed to make me complete which was running it kept nagging in my brain and id say to myself im too old now that is untill today i thought u can never be to old and the only way im gonna get rid of this feeling is to get out and do it so here i am ofcourse the first thing i done was went to the shop and bought runners world i used to read it all the time it gave me so much usefull advice anyway i feel like a total beginner now so need loads of tips my goal is to run next years marathan dont even mind if im last just as long as i get to the finish line and im starting right here right now so if i can do it anyone can
