My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5K Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I started running in a bid to get fit before I turned 40. I also started karate and belly dancing at the same time - mid-life-crisis? This summer every race was a pb - and a first!-now starting year two of running and looking forward to setting new pb's in races next year.
