My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year

I'm lookiing to achieve some running goals in the months ahead. I have only run intermittently over the past 18 months since completing the 2003 FLM.
Currently I am injury free and increasing / improving with every training run.
Now have the help of a heart rate monitor which I am having a lot of fun with.
Will be ready to run a 10k in a few weeks and am looking for the perfect race where I can easily be anonymous.
