Oh dear, I think my knees have given up the ghost. My 'good' knee has decided to join the other one in causing me grief.
So plodding is not an option at the moment but I am able to cycle (which was my main sport 20 odd years ago) I'm enjoying doing a few miles.
It's more time consuming than plodding but much kinder on knees and things.
I know that my efforts at plodding have aided my overall aerobic fitness which has made the switch to cycling less traumatic than it may have been. If only I could shift some weight I might be able to look less laboured when going uphill!.
