a few years ago I ran regularly and worked my way up to a sub-2hr half in 2006 then got pf and ended up having to give up running. I've decided to start from scratch again but am now running midfoot rather than heelstriking because it seems like a more sensible way to do it. so I'm a complete beginner again and I'm really enjoying it.
