Used to be a gym instructor & manager so always done some running as part of maintaining fitness. Did first road race 2 years back, HM 6 months later and now in the process of giving up the rest of my life as it gets in the way of running. Dying to get soem marathons (and spelling lessons) under my belt in 2006 - also in need of some time at the Priory to cure this nasty addiction.
