I am 19 years old, 3k, steepechaser, 1500m, 5k, 10k runner. Do the odd half marathon and race in cross countries. Part time nutter and always injured. Quite cynical and overly miserable at the moment due to problems with my foot restricting training too 'crap stuff' on days id like to get the miles/speed done.
