 More about me
  I took up running in 2004 because I was fat and had high blood pressure. Through diet and exercise I managed to lose more than 3 stones in weight. However, being the typical 'yo-yo' dieter, I have not been able to keep it off. After completing the Flora London Marathon in April 2006, I have really been struggling with my running. I seem to have had one injury after another and am currently on the bench again, following surgery on my foot.
 Status: On the bench (still!).
