Im an ex lets live a little and abuse my body with cigeretes etc for 20yrs then realised what an idiot I was being and have been a rebourne again athelete for about 7 months.As a teenager I ran for Surrey xcountry but decided that smoking and being a teenager was more important now Ive kicked the habbit and got back in to running again.Love allsorts of training and hope to do a race as soon !! to see how my fitness is compared to others my age (42)!! I feel fit and cant wait to start getting serious!!
