Running for my sanity. Currently chasing a 17:30 5k, a sub-36 10k, a sub-60 10 mile and a 78 minute half.
***UPDATE*** Injury now means I'm a cyclist and have got into the world of time trialling. My new targets are a 21 minute 10 mile, a 56 minute 25 mile and a sub-2 hour 50 mile. Oh, and get around my first 100 mile in a reasonable time...
