I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Skiing, Swimming

I started running as a new years resolution and have progressed from 2mins to half marathon in 2 years. Did my first race for life 5km in 31mins 45 secs, and my first half in 2 hours 33 mins. This is the first New years resolution I have ever kept!!!
