Used to run and bike most days when I was at school, but descended into laziness and sloth as soon as I entered the world of work. Had an early midlife crisis last year and decided to get fit. When I get my weight down, I fancy working up to an Ironman Triathlon. Finished a 1/2 marathon in Feb (almost last)- it nearly killed me. Planning a full Marathon in September.
