I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Skiing, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Took up running in 2004 after many, many, many years without exercise. Three months later I entered and finished the local 5m race in 37.36 - three stone lighter.In the last year I have targeted and run a Boston qualifying 3.14. I am now targeting a 1.30 hm and sub 40 10k in the next few months before moving on to train for and run Boston in sub 3.00 in 2012.
