My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year

Have only been running for about 3 years now having not run since at school. Love it but still slow! Also do Karate with son, this has really helped to improve my overall fitness & stamina for running. Need a (slow) running buddy badly.
