My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Cross-country Third favourite: 5 Mile I take part in events: 25-52 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Been a member of the RAF for 26 years. Started X Country in my early 20's then gave up in my early 30's. Kept reasonably fit but have started to race at 10k at station level over the last year or so. Middle ranking but enjoying it, it helps me keep that slight competative edge without taking it too seriously. On a personal note, training and det has helped me lose 13 kg in the last 3 months!
