I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to relieve stress
I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Swimming, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Every year I train a group - about 10 women for the Glasgow Ladies 10K. Well known to be that middle aged women who does marathons - and proud of it!
