I have been running, on and off, for about 4 years. I am just getting back into the swing of running after a break of several months, and am about to enter a local 10K which I hope to complete in less than 60 minutes.
I sometimes struggle to find the time to run. I have animals including 2 horses, and work full time, nearly 20 miles from home.
Just badgered a friend into running with me so don't have to use the dreaded treadmill!! I don;t like running in the dark on my own.
