Started going to the gym in June 2005 to lose weight/get fit. Got running on the treadmill at first then decided to start running outside after entering my first 10k (Merrill College) in Oct 2005.
Update Apr 2008. Have done several 10k's now, half marathons and 1 marathon.
Bought a MTB in 2007 and did 2 triathlons.
Now bought a road bike and hoping to take part in more tri's.
