My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10 Mile Next Favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I did FLM 2005 but have been ill on and off since then so running has been intermittent. Am now back into training using the Galloway run walk and it seems to work for me. Hoping to do an october half marathon 2015, but mostly just want to get back to regular running.
