I am a: regular recreational runner

 More about me
 My aim is to get as close as I can to my best half marathon time that I managed at Wycombe 15 years ago when I was 17!! 1:27:45 is the target. I ran Henley and Marlow this year in 1:37:49 and 1:39:05 respectively so have plenty to do! Feb 2006 : Just finished Wokingham in 1.28.46! July 2006: Finished Wycombe in 1.29.16! Almost made it. August 2006 :New 10K PB in 40.09 at Bearbrook. Oct 2006: Finished Abingdon Marathon in 3.17.05. Looking forward to 2007! May 2007: New Marlow 5 PB in 32.37. May 2009: Marlow 5 in 33.16.
