I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Walking (hill walking)

member of Long Eaton RC since 1993. Highlights ar 2.52.50 and Notts vet silver medal in 1994 Marathon, first V50 in 2005 Charnwood Hills race and 3rd V50 in 2006 Notts XC champs.
However my greatest enjoyment are long steady runs with a group of club mates in the excellent countryside around long eaton.
