My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Walking (hill walking)

Seem to really be getting into this running lark! Well having had a misspent 20's - 30's I thought at 40 I ought to start looking after myself! I am indeed fitter than I was at 25, when I smoked and drunk heavily and could hardly walk to the local shop in the winter for coughing... oh well you have to try all lifestyles out for size I think! :) Enjoying this one just as much!
