2014 Goals: Improve on PBs at 5K (21:51) and 10k (48:09); Sub-1:50 Half Mara (PB is 1:51:44 set at Wrexham in Feb''13); Finish in the top 50 of a fell race (Achieved! 48th percentile at Wincle in May''14); Complete "10 Peaks: The Lakes" event at the end of June (Achieved! 25th out of 92 starters in a time of 18:13).
