2012/13 Goals: Sub-80 10M (Achieved! 79:59 at Preston in Nov'12); Sub-1:45 Half Mara (PB is 1:52:10 set at Wrexham in Feb'12); Finish in the top 50% of a fell race (PB is 53rd percentile at Rainow in May'11); Bob Graham (pencilled in for May'13); Complete Lakeland Classic Series of fell races & score more points than last time (23pts in 2011).
