I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Trail races Next Favourite: 5 Mile Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Mountain biking, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I spent most of my teenage years competing as a 400 Metre hurdler but gave it up at age 19 in favour of wine, women, and song. After occasional runs in the intervening years I started running seriously again in 2003, and in 2006 I completed my first marathon, Beachy Head, in a time of 4:48. I now count my interests as wine, women, song, and running!
