I confess to being a gym addict, who is currently bored to tears with injuries getting in the way of training. Knee cartilage tear, shoulder tendonitis and tennis elbow all 2006, 2007 so far has the remnants of these, plus lower back issues. What's even more annoying is that I build up slowly when increasing distance, and all that other good stuff...
