Have (against my better judgement) been persuaded to run the 2006 FLM on behalf of the Royal British Legion. Have started the Hal Higdon Novice Training program, and am feeling quite confident so far. Did FLM in 3:29:09, bloody great. Now sort of hooked, and
planning to do more.
Now signed up for Cardiff Mara in Oct 06, lets get it on.
Done Cardiff, now signed up for Paris and FLM 07, 2 maras in 8 days, superb (I hope).
Did those 2, another PB at Paris.
Since done Dublin Mara in Oct 07 too, another PB.
No Spring Maras in 08, have a few niggles. Plan on improving some of my shorter distance PBs.
