My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training)

Served in the Royal marines for 5 years from 91 to 96. Still keep fit and love to compete in races, not as fit as I used to be but still happy to get sub 39 minutes for 10k and 85 minutes for half marathon.
