My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I am 50 year old this year, work as a community mental health nurse. I am married with 3 grown up children 2 still living at home.I love the challenge of running and the sense of well being and personal achievment that i recieve from doing it.Thanks Fran.
