Started training to become a runner four weeks ago by walking every other day for at least 30 minutes. I am amazed at how quickly my fitness levels have increased and I managed to incorporate a 6 minute run into my walk today.
Would love to hear from other beginners so that we can egg each other on.
May even consider a short race towards end of year?
