After 5 years of rowing, with a little running thrown in for additional training, and a few 5k races here and there, I started running in earnest in August 2004 with the aim of doing the FLM.
Injury stopped my training but I somehow finished the race, which I am still very proud of.
Two years on and I have picked the trainers up again and am hoping to make this my number one hobby, with a race thrown in here and there to keep it interesting!
