I started running in Jan'05 to shift some weight and get fit. By end of 2005 I had run two 10ks, two half marathons (inc GNR) and completed NY Marathon in 4:50. I hope to break 4:30 in London this April, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Update: Didn't quite crack target time for Lonodon (but 4:33 isn't too bad) but managed to get my first sub-2 half at Reading in April
