First year running completed and now well through the second(started in Feb 2006). I've completed several half marathons (including GNR and one off-road), a 10 mile race and a few 10ks, not forgetting FLM in 2007. I've lost 12 pounds in weight and my speed has improved from 12 min to 10 min miling. Goal for 2007 is to get PBs at all distances up to half-mara. Am only missing the 10 mile PB now! I also want to get under an hour for 10k and under 2.15 for the half. But I'm also having a lot of fun!
