My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Skiing, Swimming

I originally started running to help alleviate the stress of bringing up four young boys, and particularly with twins as the youngest. It didn't take long before I was hooked, I have completed 5 marathonsin the last couple of years but am now looking at shorter distances seeking those elusive PBs!
