I use to be very active- running, dancing,walking.I broke my leg & also had a cruciate ligament rupture a few years ago.. It took over a year for me to get 2nd opinion as my local hospital docter kept telling me there was nothing wrong...At times when it would give way I was out of action literly days. eventually I got a second opinion the specialist there knew within minuits what was wrong...Total relief. I had a reconstruction op.that was nearly 2 yrs ago. I try to run if I can but it feels sooo heavey. & it aches oww and I have pain at the back of my knee... Enjoy running every one dont take it for granted...I miss it so much...I use to run every were.
