I have run now and then as part of my fitness regime or sports training over the years, but I started training for and running 10k's last year. Ran BHF Knebworth run in March 2006 in 1h and did the Great East Anglia run in 56m 38sec. Have done a couple more 10k's since plus a 10 mile race in WGC in 1h 36m 58s and have just done the Great Eastern Run Half Marathon 2006 in 2h12m58s, and Silverstone Half 2007 in 2h 13m 18s.
Status: have been injured but about to start training again
