I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: Over 50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Trail races Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

Just start taking part in races in May 2006. Before that was just running for leisure, now taking it more seriously.
Ran first marathon in Blackpool in June. Hoping to run Ultras by next yr :)
