Hi, I've been running a few years now. I did my 1st Ldn Marathon in 2001 and improved my time in the 2002. The idea was to run the 2003 in an even better time, but 3 cut tendons in my left foot (back in june 2002) means my running has taken a knock. Here I am now in 2005 trying to get back to my 2002 time of 3:39:46. My 2003 effort slowed at mile 19 and left me with 3:56ish. 2004 was worse, fine at mile18 so pushed on faster (7/7:30m/m)Then at 21 hit wall and staggered to the Finish. I'll push on with my training but beating my PB may not be possible this time around.
