41 yo Dad of 3, with a cocker spaniel for company on the shorter runs. Started running maybe 5 years ago, and did my first marathon at FLM 2008, in 3.43. Target this year is to reduce the 1.37.58 Half pb. Only run 3 times a week, but enjoy every one, and love the times tumbling as marathon training steadily improves the fitness.
