I am a: beginner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: Never I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

Starting to run after years of local football leagues. Ran for a few months about 4 years ago but stopped due to new job. Always enjoyed running when i was a yound lad and ive been bitten by the bug once again.
I class myself as a beginner but i have a good fitness base from the football. At 39.5yrs, 17 and a half stone and 6ft 2in in think my running times are ok and once i lose the weight i should progress to respectable times (i hope)
