I am 25 years old and started running in March this year (2006)having lost almost 3.5 stone and finally feeling brave enough to exercise! My boyfriend also runs and it was standing watching his races and seeing women of all shapes and sizes finishing races that made me think that if they can then so can I!!!
I am now 4 stone lighter than this time 2 years ago and feel better than ever thanks to the bounce in my step I get from running.
