| | I predominatly row but have been "forced" to take up running as part of this years training program. I only run 11k each week (an 11k loop This started 01/10/02 before that the last time I run was well over 2 years before. Well the same is still true but I can now run a lot quicker than I did before. When I started the "Agecroft Run" of 6 3/4 miles i did it in 48 minutes. I can now do it in 39.20 Not sure what that would make my 10k but I guess there would only be one way of finding out. Doing a Tri in December too - an annual thing now I guess |
