I am a triathlete and Duathlete and have represented Great Britain for both for the past 7 years. This year I came 7th in my age group in the world duathlon Champs in Canada. I have trained 8 people to international level from scratch and currently train about 50 people in total. I am based in Richmond/Kingston. I have coached triathletes and runners for the past 7 years and have been trained myself by two of the best coaches in the UK Colin Campbell and George Gandy.
