I used to run when I was a kid, 800m 1500m and 200m sprint, and had a high level of fitness. Started going to BMF about 2 years ago after a few boring years in the gym and have just started running independantly. I ran my first 10K recently on a hilly off road course and got round in 54:37 - think I've got the bug and I'm seeking to improve this.
