I run a mental health website "Mental Health In The UK" www.mentalhealthintheuk.co.uk and my other reason for running and other sports is to maintain a good level of mental health and fitness.
I ran my first event in Jan 2007, which was a 5K, followed by a 10k, then another 5k and finally another 10k in Oct. Have entered the Edinburgh Half-Marathon in March 2008.
