I have only been back running for 9 months after being away from running because of injuries for 12 years! have recently joined a club again whitch is great, really appreciate being able to run again even if i am 4 and a half stones heavier!!! but have lost 2 stones since i started again last !!nb Ran at London got round in 3.57 and bits .Now starting to build a base for Brighton Marathon under the guidance Of Hobbling Harrrier .Would love to go sub 3.45 this time!
